• You may return products for a refund, less shipping and 20% restocking fee, within seven days of receiving the products. The product must be in the original carton and packed properly and must not be damaged.

Cancelation:

• 20% restocking fee will apply to any canceled order.

Damages:

• Damages must be reported to PlushToysKing.com within (7) seven days of receipt of merchandise.
